Welcome to VikashMart (referred to as “we,” “our,” or “the Platform”). By registering as a Wholesaler or Retailer and using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

2. Eligibility

• Only verified Wholesalers and Retailers may register and transact on VikashMart.

• You must provide accurate business and contact information during registration.

• We reserve the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account found to be in violation of our policies.

3. Platform Usage

• Wholesalers may list their own products and branded goods for sale.

• Retailers may purchase listed products for resale purposes only (not for personal consumption).

• Prices, stock availability, and product details are managed by Wholesalers. VikashMart is not responsible for any misrepresentation by sellers.

4. Payments & Transactions

• All transactions must be made through secure payment gateways integrated into the platform.

• VikashMart does not store card or banking details.

• Any refund, replacement, or cancellation policies will be governed by the respective seller’s policy, unless explicitly provided by VikashMart.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping timelines are defined by individual Wholesalers.

• Delays caused by third-party logistics partners are outside VikashMart’s control.

• Retailers must verify the condition of products upon delivery.

6. WhatsApp Cloud API Usage

• By registering, you consent to receive transactional updates, OTPs, and promotional messages via WhatsApp.

• We use the official WhatsApp Cloud API, ensuring secure and compliant communication.

• You may opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying “STOP”.

• Messages may include:

  • Order confirmations & status updates

  • Payment & delivery notifications

  • Limited-time offers & promotional campaigns

7. User Responsibilities

• Do not misuse the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities.

• Respect intellectual property rights when listing products.

• Keep your login credentials confidential. VikashMart will never ask for your password.

8. Limitation of Liability

• VikashMart acts as a platform provider and is not directly involved in buyer-seller transactions.

• We are not liable for product quality disputes between wholesalers and retailers.

• We are not responsible for any loss due to WhatsApp service outages, message delays, or delivery failures.

9. Data Protection & Privacy

• Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We only use WhatsApp Cloud API for authorized communications.

• No sensitive financial data is shared via WhatsApp.

10. Termination of Account

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms

• Engage in fraudulent activity

• Abuse communication channels (including WhatsApp)

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
